Raquel joined Vanguard Properties because she understood that being at a top firm in Marin County would provide her with an excellent platform to best facilitate her clients’ real estate needs. She puts her clients first and is ceaseless in her focus for their success, always working with the highest level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism. A native of Marin County, Raquel grew up with an appreciation and passion for real estate that she shares with her family. She began her career at an early age, interning at a Bay Area real estate firm where she learned the building blocks of her business acumen which she has successfully parlayed into tangible results – knowing how to find the perfect home to match her buyers’ needs and selling her clients’ homes with the utmost stewardship at the highest prices possible. Raquel’s clients are always impressed with how well she represents them and how she works tirelessly to achieve their shared goals.
Raquel honed her relentless drive while training and competing on college level Division 1 swim teams, a skill that allowed her to seamlessly transition to being an agent. Her ability to keenly focus on obtaining desired outcomes and her on-the-job training as an intern and office manager are the foundational experiences that enable her to focus on the best practices she observed within the top-producing agent community she was supporting.
Raquel also strongly believes in giving back to her community and most recently has volunteered for Meals of Marin and Marin ReLeaf. She also participated in the RCP Tiburon Mile for several years and raised money to donate for the Special Olympics. Raquel is a member of Home for a Home, a local organization that is committed to funding the construction of safe, secure homes to help shelter people in need, contributing a portion of her earnings from each real estate transaction.
Raquel looks forward to the opportunity to work with you and to demonstrate how learning to be the best translates to the best results for her clients.
